I am happy to announce the launch of the Gloriously Ordinary Language Myth Busters Podcast - hosted by me, Tricia Nicoll, and Bryony Shannon.

Gloriously Ordinary Language is not just about keeping things simple. Sure, clear communication matters - ditch the jargon and acronyms. But you can write in plain English and still not be human.

Rooted in Test Two of Gloriously Ordinary Lives, Gloriously Ordinary Language is about making language real, inclusive and human. 

The words we use reveal and shape what we feel about people - and that's how we design what support looks like.

In this episode we share how and where we’re seeing real traction - councils getting recognised by CQC for their work, and people on our programmes who really do get it and are committed to taking it forward.
